Bishop and other stuff

My dad was the bishop of our church. But today he was released. Ted Methvin was called to be the next bishop. His daughter, Claire is one of my best friends. After church, my other friend Wyatt came over and we had fun playing Uno Attack and Life. Church was fun. At primary class we had kind of a treasure hunt and we had to follow the directions. One of them said to look under the couch. I reached under there and something cut me on my finger. It went pretty deep and I started bleeding. It still hurts. But after church, my friend Hannah told me a story of someone at her church. She was at a soccer practice or something and someone threw part of a cinder block at her and it hit her in the head and she had to go to the hospital. Speaking of Hannah, on Friday was her birthday party. Leah, Emily, Alyssa, Caitlin, Jessica, me, and Hannah were at her cabin somewhere 45 minutes away. It was a sleepover, but me and Leah couldn't spend the night because I had to go to Baton Rouge the next day and it was my little brother Max's 2nd birthday the next day as well. We went swimming, played sardines, roasted marshmallows, had s'mores, and had fun. My mom got to the cabin at about 11:00 and we got home at about 11:35. I had to take a shower and got to bed at midnight. The next morning I had to get up at 6:00! It did NOT work with my sleep schedule. Anyway, we got home at about 5:30. Then Max opened his presents. It was so cute! One tradition in our family is that on your birthday, the other people hide your presents and you have to find them. Anyway, my present to Max was letting him pet my gerbil Tara. He freaked out. I had to help him pet her and she tickled his cheek. He laughed and said, "A tickle! A tickle!" Then he gave her a kiss. It was SO cute!!!!! Anyway, it was fun. For his cake, we did a chocolate cake with vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and strawberries on top. It was so good!
