Crazy Vacation!

We went to New Orleans on Monday, and it usually only takes is about 5 hours to get there, but there was construction on the highway, and they didn't offer a detour. It took us 8 hours to get there. Mom had to get her green card renewed, and we had to go all the way out there! We spent the night in a really nice hotel. For their breakfast, they had sausages and eggs and pancakes and cereal and oatmeal and stuff. We went swimming and had soooooooooooo much fun! After Mom and Dad got back from the appointment, we explored the French Quarter. After maybe 2 minutes, it began pouring rain! Then it started hailing! It was crazy. I'm just glad to be home!
